I bought this on a whim not knowing anything about TriDerma products because it was one of only a few eczema products I could find that has no cortisone. I am glad I did because this stuff works! I wish I found it sooner. After just one use my hands looked and felt so much better. Healed cracking, less scaling, and reduced redness. It is quite thick but absorbs really well and provides instant soothing relief. The only down side I would say is it doesnt come in a bigger size! If you suffer from terrible hand eczema such as myself look no further, this is the product for you!
